Humboldt Collegiate Institute continued to show off the talent of their students on Wednesday night with their Variety Night.

Tuesday morning, academics were on display, while Tuesday night it was all about athletics.

Wednesday's showcase of talent rocked the stage, as all kinds of performances took place.

The night began with an acoustic mashup from Ethyn Beggs, Claire Durand and Julia Ramsay. Solo song performances continued throughout the night with appearances by the HCI choir and band as well.

Emily Engele performed a song using only a violin, while Jenna Giddings and Adam Eichorst played a piano duet.

Among the other performances included Anthony Price's beat boxing and Evan Phillips' comedic original song titled Bedroom Floor.

Early 80's rock brought down the house towards the end of the night when the band 'Untitled' performed Should I Stay or Should I Go and Hit Me With Your Best Shot.

The night was hosted by student Ellenjoy Doyle.
