Saskatchewan hit a one-day record for vaccinations administered on March 19 with 6,867 given out in total. The number of vaccines adminstered to date in the province is 125,062. Regina, and its Evraz Place drive-through centre, led the way with 3,307 doses. The centre is open to those 60 years of age and older for the Astra Zeneca vaccine. The rest of the province aged 67 years or old can book through the online system at saskhealthauthority.ca.

There are 174 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on March 19, bringing the provincial total to 31,259 cases.

Three Saskatchewan resident who tested positive for COVID-19 have died.  The deaths were reported in the 80+ age group from the Central West zone (1), the 60-69 age group from the Far North West zone (1), and the 50-59 age group from the Far North Central zone.

There is a total of 29,500 recoveries and 1,345cases are considered active.  The seven-day average of daily new cases is 128 (10.4 new cases per 100,000).
