Trevor Panczak, an Alberta-born country singer/songwriter, will make his rounds in Saskatchewan and stop at the Watrous Civic Centre on April 15 for an unforgettable performance.

Panczak, influenced by country music from a young age, was introduced to the genre by his father.

“I grew up loving country music cause that’s what my dad loved listening to. He always had a guitar around, and he taught me how to play, and then we put a band together when I was a teenager, and the love of it just grew, and grew, and grew,” said Panczak.

And his passion did not stop, as he went on to write and perform his own songs - influenced by the likeness of Hank Williams Jr. and Sr, Don Williams, Jerry Reed, George Strait, and Alan Jackson to name a few.

Panczak had his past songs reach Top 50 status in Canada, but his latest single, "Where I Go to Come Back", became a Top 40 hit in Canada.
He says he is looking forward to coming out to Watrous to perform his hits, along with some country classics.

“When we are coming out to a new area, we always like to play some familiar songs, and I tell stories about my roots, where I came from, and go right back to the very first song I ever learned on the Guitar,” says Panczak. “We’ll tell some stories and have some fun, and some laughs and may even shed a tear or two.”

Panczak will be bringing along his five-piece band on the road with him.
“That includes a steel guitar that we bring with us and he makes it even more country.”

It all takes place down at the Watrous Civic Centre on April 15 at 7:30 pm. Ticket information can be found here, and to know more about Trevor Panczak, click here
