Jubilee Hall will be filled this weekend with parents and family members ready to watch their children perform on stage at Impact Dance Company’s rendition of Aladdin for their recital.

The studio will perform three shows starting Friday, May 27, and will run until Sunday, May 29.

“We have children ages three to eighteen that will be performing a number of routines in tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and a few musical theatre numbers,” explained co-owner of Impact Dance Company, Kylie Redl-Gosselin.

Showtimes are as follows:

  • Friday, May 27 - 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, May 28 - 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, May 29 - 2:00 pm

“This year's theme is Aladdin, we have local kids participating with all the different characters in the show. We have kids [performing] not only from Humboldt, but Watrous, Leroy, Watson, and kids all around the community.”

Tickets to the recital are $20 plus tax and can be purchased online until Friday at noon, visiting Impact Dance Company’s Facebook page, or tickets can be purchased at the door.

“We are just excited that the kids have the opportunity to be back on the stage, it’s been three long years for these kids to have the opportunity to participate in a recital. We’re excited, and we want to bring it to the community.”
