It was a successful weekend of volleyball for plenty of girls teams in the region.
The first step to provincials took place on Saturday, as conference play was held.
Conference champions included Rose Valley, Englefeld, Muenster, Naicam, Foam Lake, Wynyard and Lanigan.
Other teams headed to regionals are Quill Lake, Colonsay, Wakaw, Raymore and Humboldt.
HCI hosted one of the conference tournaments for 4A girls, which qualified three teams instead of two. The Mohawks were able to defeat Watrous in the third place game to advance to regionals, which they will host on November 12.
Lanigan, Saskatoon Christian, Rosetown, Outlook and Maple Creek will be competing in the regional tournament along with Humboldt.
