The Humboldt Pneumatic Flour Mill has come down slowly but surely. Those that have lived in Humboldt over the last several decades can recall a lot of the history that lives with this local Mill, right from when the original Mcnab Flour Mill burnt down and was rebuilt. There was even a time it shared the same lot as the flour mill that supplied the nation's French's Mustard for our hot dogs, sandwiches and burgers.

There was a time when the folks living nearby would hear the continuous humming of the McNab Mill Flour Mill. For a long time now it's been silent, and now never to be heard again.
