Carol was a dedicated employee of Doepker Industries for 27 years, and it was there she met the love of her life, Curt Halbach. The two resided together in their home in Annaheim. Carol will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend, Curt Halbach; her son Jason (Vanessa) Forster of Edmonton, AB, and their children Hayley and Emily; her daughter Jamie (Robert) Olson of Martensville, SK, and their children Josh and Alexa; her daughter Sarah (Renald) Grimard of Debden, SK, and their children Afton, Faryn, Caybrie and Cole; her mother Doris Doepker; her sister Corinne (Terry) Zawyrucha; her brother Brian Doeper; her sister Julie (Alan) Schemenauer; and her brother Reg (Carrie) Doepker; as well as many nieces and nephews. Carol was predeceased by her father Jerome Doepker. The Funeral Mass was offered at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Annaheim, on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., celebrated by Fr. Prosper Obotsi.
