Humboldt / Lanigan RCMP seeks help in identifying individuals who have committed acts of vandalism over a period of time in the Humboldt and Lanigan. 

The first case involves the defacing of a business on the 600 block of 9th Street in Humboldt. On February 3, 2024, Humboldt RCMP received a complaint that two individuals defaced the storefront using an offensive phrase. The occurrence happened in the morning hours of February 3, 2024 just after 1:30 am. Two persons are seen on video surveillance. Police are requesting assistance in identifying the two individuals based on the images provided.  

In the second case a building on Hoover Street in Lanigan was defaced with feces smeared on the doors and windows by an unknown number of individuals. The occurrence happened between March 16 at 12:00 am and March 17 at 8:00 am.  

Anyone who may have witnessed these incidents or has information about these crimes are asked to contact Humboldt RCMP Detachment at 306-682-2535.
